All bookings must be made through direct contact with our team, either via phone, email, or in-person visit. We do not offer online booking on our website.
Once we receive your booking inquiry, our team will confirm availability and provide details about the tour, including pricing, itinerary, and any necessary terms.
A confirmation will be sent once your booking is confirmed, and any payment required will be processed as per our agreement.
2. Payment Policy
A deposit may be required to secure your booking, depending on the type of service or tour.
The remaining balance must be paid before the scheduled departure or as agreed upon.
Payments can be made via bank transfer, cheque, or other methods as arranged with our team. Details will be provided during the booking process
3. Cancellation and Refund Policy
Cancellations must be made in writing or via email.
Cancellation charges may apply based on the timing of the cancellation:
More than 30 days before the tour: Full refund minus any administrative charges.
Less than 30 days before the tour: A partial refund may be provided, subject to the cancellation terms of the service provider.
Within 7 days before the tour: No refund.
If a tour is canceled by Platinum Tour and Travels due to unforeseen circumstances, we will offer an alternative tour or a full refund.
4. Amendments to Bookings
Any amendments to a confirmed booking must be requested at least 7 days before the tour date.
Changes are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
5. Traveler Responsibility
All travelers must ensure that they have the required travel documents, including valid passports, visas, and health documentation, if applicable.
Platinum Tour and Travels is not responsible for any loss, injury, or illness incurred due to the traveler’s failure to comply with necessary travel requirements.
6. Tour Inclusions and Exclusions
Each tour may have different inclusions and exclusions, such as meals, transportation, and activities. Details will be provided at the time of booking.
Any additional expenses not listed in the inclusions (e.g., personal expenses, optional activities) are the responsibility of the traveler.
7. Special Requests
If you have any special requests (e.g., dietary restrictions, room preferences), please inform us at the time of booking. We will do our best to accommodate such requests, but they cannot be guaranteed.
8. Liability
Platinum Tour and Travels will not be held liable for any damage, loss, or injury resulting from acts of nature, political instability, or other factors beyond our control.
We advise all travelers to obtain travel insurance for their protection.
9. Changes to the Booking Policy
Platinum Tour and Travels reserves the right to modify or update this booking policy at any time. Changes will be communicated to customers at the time of booking or as soon as practical.
